When can I expect to receive my order?
After payment is confirmed and received, orders will be dispatched within 3 - 7 working days. In the unlikely event that your ordered products are out of stock at our suppliers, you will be notified and a revised delivery date will be communicated. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email within 7 working days of placing your order, or you do not receive your order within 7 days of shipment, please contact info@chewandko.com

What payment options do we have?
We have a number of payment options to suit you. We accept VISA & Mastercard credit cards, debit cards and Bank Deposit (EFT) payments.

Can I return an item?
We allow for returns in the case of incorrect delivery. This return will be free of charge to you. If you wish to change your order after it has been delivered the cost will be for the customer's own account and over and above this we may charge transaction fee for the returned item up to 5%.
